     * Must have a Texas Fishing License before trip begins

     * Signed Release Form

     * $200.00 Non-Refundable deposit must be received to guarantee booking ( Square or Check)

    ​ * Deposit is non-refundable but is transferable for up to 3 months

     * Tackle furnished upon request (rod, reels, line, hooks, weights and plastics - No hard baits 

        $100.00 a person per day charge for providing tackle)

     * Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

     * Children 10 and under must bring their own life jacket

     * Trips to be paid in full upon completion of trip

     * Methods of payment: Cash, Personal Check, Travelers Check, or Major Credit Card through Square

    ​ * Please Note: We Practice Catch & Release of all Black Bass

      OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

     * Weather is always a factor when fishing, sometimes the nastiest conditions produce the best bite. If you are traveling from outside of    the area I will check local forecast and help you decide a couple of days in advance whether rescheduling might be the best option, if

       conditions appear to be unsafe or unfishable, I will always put your safety first.

     * Dress appropriately, sunglasses, cap, and sunscreen are highly recommended to help you stay comfortable on the water.

     * You are encouraged to bring your own food and drinks on the boat but please try and limit what you bring aboard (small cooler)

     * Pictures tell the story, so bring you camera
